With over 13 years of experience working with purpose-driven organizations, Natashia Townsend is a dedicated ​professional who has successfully launched and managed a wide range of behavioral health, mental health, education, ​and workforce development programs. She specializes in compliance monitoring, strategic planning, and facilitating ​executive-level decision making. Throughout her career, Natashia has collaborated with esteemed partners such as the ​National Center on Elder Abuse (NCEA) at the University of Southern California (USC) Keck School of Medicine, the Los ​Angeles County Department of Mental Health, and the Office of former Senator Connie M. Leyva. During her leisure time, ​Natashia loves to travel and explore the world of fine arts.
